Dr. Haridimos Kondylakis is an Associate Professor of Big Data Engineering at Computer Science Department, University of Crete and an Affiliate Researcher at Computational BioMedicine Laboratory (CBML), Institute of Computer Science, Foundation of Research & Technology-Hellas (FORTH). He holds a Ph.D and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from University of Crete. In the past, he has participated in more than 30 EU research projects with a leading role in many of them. He leads the AI for Health Imaging (AI4HI) working group on Data Management. He has more than 250 publications in premier international conferences and journals like Nature Scientific Reports, The BMJ, VLDB, SIGMOD, etc. He has more than 4100 citations and an H-index of 37.
