2WEAR envisions systems of several small, physically distributed devices which communicate wirelessly. Such casually worn devices as earphones, glasses, buttons, pens and wallets can actually provide users with enhanced and increasingly meaningful integrated capabilities. The 2WEAR consortium combines know-how from both academia (Forth-ICS, ETH) and industry (Nokia, MASC) to research such systems.
