The Project aims to develop an interactive mobile museum tour guide for deaf people. The system will receive and interpret questions in Sign language and provide content via Virtual Human Signers. Both the HCI and CVRL Laboratories are participating in the project. CVRL is responsible for sign language interpretation from visual tracking of recorded human signers while the HCI Laboratory is responsible for the presentation of sign language by Virtual Humans.
