The Director of the Institute of Computer Science (ICS) of the Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH), Professor Panagiotis Tsakalides, taking into consideration:

• the completion of the current term of office of the ICS Scientific Council on September 10, 2026,
• Article 17 of Law 4310/2014, as amended and currently in force pursuant to Article 15 of Law 4386/2016, regarding the election and operation of the Scientific Councils of the Institutes,
• the relevant decisions of the FORTH Governing Board concerning the election procedures for the Members of the Scientific Councils of the Institutes and the Personnel Representative,

hereby announces the initiation of the election procedure for:

• the Members of the ICS–FORTH Scientific Council, and
• the ICS–FORTH Personnel Representative to the Scientific Council.

The election procedure will be conducted electronically through the official FORTH electronic voting system.
