[ICS-1197] Δύο (2) θέσεις έκτακτου προσωπικού με υποτροφία μεταπτυχιακού συνεργάτη στο ΙΠ-ΙΤΕ

Α. Υλοποίηση αλγορίθμων εύρεσης φυσικής επιλογής από γενετικά δεδομένα με την μέθοδο της μέγιστης πιθανοφάνειας. Β. Βελτιστοποίηση αλγορίθμων για εύρεση φυσικής επιλογής, με στόχο την εκτέλεση τους σε ολόκληρα γονιδιώματα χιλιάδων δειγμάτων. Γ. Τεχνικές εύρεσης πιθανοφάνειας μέσω προσομοιώσεων, ώστε να παρακαμφθεί η δυσκολία εύρεσης μαθηματικού τύπου που να περιγράφει την πιθανοφάνεια των μοντέλων. Δ. Σύγκριση με άλλες μεθόδους Ε.
