Short CV

Vassilis Kehayas is a post-doctoral researcher at the Institute of Computer Science, FORTH. He holds a doctorate in Neuroscience from the University of Geneva, entitled "Hebbian circuit plasticity in the barrel cortex of the mouse". He obtained a Master's in Brain and Mind Sciences from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Crete and a Bachelor's in Biology from the Department of Biology, University of Crete. He has published on Neuroscience in international journals such as Nature, Science, Nature Communications, and Neuron. He has received a Marie-Curie fellowship for his doctoral studies (ITN SyMBaD), a Stavros Niarchos Foundation fellowship and a Marie-Curie Individual Fellowship for his post-doctoral studies.
