We seek one Postdoctoral Researcher in Computer Science, who will participate in the R&D activities of FORTH-ICS in the context of the H2020 project “AI4EU – A European AI On Demand Platform and Ecosystem”, funded under Horizon 2020 H2020-ICT-2018-2020. The candidate will work on the design and implementation of a goal-oriented chatbot that will allow the exploration of the various resources of the AI4EU platform. The goal-oriented chatbot will be based on the faceted-search interaction paradigm.

The EVOLVE project is a pan European Innovation Action introducing important elements of High‐Performance Computing (HPC) and Cloud in Big Data platforms taking advantage of recent technological advancements to allow existing and emerging applications to keep up with the unprecedented data growth we are experiencing. EVOLVE aims to build a large‐scale testbed by integrating technology from the HPC, Big Data, and Cloud worlds.

The candidate will participate in the R&D and Management activities of FORTH in the context of the project “CyberSANE: Cyber Security Incident Handling, Warning and Response System for the European Critical Infrastructures”, funded under H2020-SU-ICT-2018-2020/H2020-SU-ICT-2018. The candidate will assist in the research and development activities of CyberSANE, including platform testing and validation of the platform as well as producing research results.
