[ICS-2021] Call for expression of interest for a position of a Software Engineer for machine learning techniques in the Institute of Computer Science (ICS) Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH)
The candidate will participate in the R&D work of FORTH within the ProCAncer‐I project. We are looking for a Collaborating researcher to be part of the team designing, implementing and testing a number of applications managing personal information of patients regarding Prostate Cancer diagnosis and prognosis, by utilizing big data, data analytics and machine‐learning models. The candidate will design and implement diagnostic machine learning tools based on heterogeneous and multi‐scale personal health data including medical images.

We are looking for a PhD Student to be part of the team to be part of the team designing, implementing and testing a number of ΑΙ applications for improving Breast Cancer diagnosis and prognosis, by utilizing big data, data analytics and machine-learning models. The candidate will design and implement a tools for predicting respone to chemotherapy in the neoadjuvant setting. The predictive AI models will be based on both imaging and non imaging data.
