[ICS-1759] Call for expression of interest for a position of one (1) BSc holder in Computer Science & Informatics in the Institute of Computer Science (ICS) Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH)
We seek one full‐time experienced software engineer, holding a BSc in Computer Science & Informatics, with background in European and/or National ICT RTD projects. The candidate will participate in the activities of FORTH‐ICS in the context of the CEF project “SI4Kids1 – Continuing and advancing the operation of the Greek Safer Internet Centre SaferInternet4Kids”, funded under CONNECTING EUROPE FACILITY (CEF) ‐ TELECOMMUNICATIONS SECTOR. The candidate will work with: (a) supporting the webpages of the project and (b) supporting process management system of the online meetings (c) creating awareness material and making presentations about cybersecurity and safety online (d) designing and implementing mobile applications for children.

[ICS-1758] Call for expression of interest for two (2) positions of FPGA Engineers, in the Institute of Computer Science (ICS) Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH)
We seek two (2) Experienced FPGA Engineers for our team. The candidates should have proven experience on hardware RTL design, integration and validation with a background in European Research Projects. The candidate will participate in the R&D activities of FORTH in the context of the EuroHPC JU project eProcessor. The eProcessor project combines open source software (SW)/hardware (HW) to deliver the first completely open source European full stack ecosystem based on a new RISC-V CPU coupled to multiple diverse accelerators that target traditional HPC and extend into mixed precision workloads for High Performance Data Analytics (HPDA), (AI, ML, DL and Bioinformatics). eProcessor will be extendable (open source), energy-efficient (low power), extreme-scale (high performance), suitable for uses in HPC and embedded applications, and extensible (easy to add on-chip and/or off-chip components).
